FAQ's - Deliveries & Returns

How soon will I receive my order?

All orders are usually dispatched the working day after we receive them, and will then be sent out on either a 3-5 day or 1-2 day service, depending on which option is selected at checkout.

We apologise, but as a small business working from home it is just not possible to guarantee these timings. If you do need to receive your order by a particular date, such as a birthday, please let us know in the order comments and we will do what we can to make sure it arrives in time.

Finally please note that our Personalised Mechanics Suits, and Reusable Go Karts are made to order and so will take up to 2 weeks to dispatch.

Can you deliver outside the UK?

Yes, some of the most common countries are included in the checkout already. For other locations where we have not sent before, the price will be set at £999 - if you find this happen, please get in touch and we will provide an accurate quote.

Can I track my order?

Yes, a tracking link will be sent to you by email, as soon as your delivery is booked in.

Do I need to sign for my order?

Couriers do not usually require a signature, however we cannot guarantee that orders will be left when you are out. If you do have any special instructions, please include them in the order notes and we will do our best to pass these on to the courier. Unfortunately, we can't be sure that they will receive or act on these messages, but we will pass them on.

Will my children see what's inside the box?

No, all of our packaging is plain so your secret's safe with us.

Can I return my kit?

If you would like to return a kit, please get in touch within 30 days from when you receive your order and we will be happy to accept a return, as long as all of the parts are present and in a suitable condition for us to sell again. Please note customers are responsible for delivery costs and we cannot accept returns of Personalised Mechanic's Suits, due to the embroidered names.

Regretfully due to rising costs and changing terms from payment providers we have had to introduce a restocking charge of 10% of the order value. This is simply to cover the costs we incur when replacing packaging and issuing refunds.

If, however, there are any faults with a kit, please let us know and we will be happy to offer replacement parts completely free of charge.
